All items are made to order and are typically processed and shipped ~7 to 10 business days after an order has been placed.
A tracking number and confirmation email will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: Naclo Apparel not liable for any issues that may result from USPS shipping after your item has been labeled delivered.
All items are shipped via USPS and with $50 of insurance included.

Defected Merchandise and Erroneous Order
If you believe an item in your order to be defective or there to be an error in your order, such as receiving the wrong size or style, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to begin a Return Authorization. Please write “Order# XXX - Return” in the subject line and include detailed pictures of the defective merchandise. Defection is at the discretion of NaClO Apparel. Please note that colors may vary between product images and the physical good due to technological variances in screen quality. If NaClO Apparel deems the merchandise to be defective or there to be an error in the order, a complimentary return label will be provided and a full refund will be processed to the customer upon return of the order. Please ship the return within 5 days of receipt of the label. Depending on your financial institution, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
